“Pool to Pond” is a programme designed to support you making the transition from the pool to open water. Your instructor will take you through a guided introduction to open water, outlining essential information, sharing top tips and teaching some core skills.

Throughout the course, you will be invited to share your experiences, so that you can learn together with your fellow swimmers.
