Notification and Claims

Incidents that could give rise to a claim must be notified to RLSS UK’s insurance broker as soon as possible. This ensures that you are complying with RLSS UK’s insurance policy terms and condition. Insurers can refuse to cover a claim if they have not been kept appropriately informed.

As you will see in the guidance below,

  • Serious incidents must be notified to RLSS UK’s insurance broker.
  • Less serious accidents (that do not require hospital referral or treatment) should be logged via RLSS UK’s online accident book.
