Around 400 people needlessly die from drowning in the UK every year and thousands more suffer injury, some life-changing, through near-drowning experiences. These figures do not take into account the hundreds of families that are left devastated after a loved one drowns. Read some of their stories here.
We thank all the families for allowing us to share their stories and helping us raise awareness and save lives.
